Mary has been practicing as a licensed massage therapist since 2015. Mary has worked primarily in the spa industry where she has been trained how to create a calm and nurturing environment. In today’s society we are constantly distracted with our phones, work, and personal lives, and rarely allow time to be there for ourselves.  She uses her skills to create a personalized massage where you feel like you can come back to your present and allow yourself to truly relax. Mary believes her technique is used to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and ease pain.  Mary specializes in Swedish, therapeutic, prenatal, and hot stone modalities. She also enjoys performing body treatments because everyone deserves to treat their body to a little extra self-care. Your comfort is her number one priority, and she will always do her best to help you feel like your best self by the time you are stepping foot off her massage table. Outside of practicing massage, you may find Mary joining a cycle class, strolling through the park with her son, or you may not, because she will probably be sleeping in.
